We can hold keys for you in case there is any need for anyone to visit your property,to collect and post on forgotten items for example!! We can offer regular checks out of season and report back any problems,any requested gardening or electrical work could be undertaken at the same time. We can meet artisans in order for them to either prepare quotes or commence work before your arrival. Shopping orders could be bought and delivered prior to your arrival and fridges or heating turned on etc.
